We are looking for a Lead Rewards Professional who is eager to create competitive compensation strategies and excels at benchmarking and job architecture to ensure a thriving workplace. 

 

About the job 
Our current colleague has decided to seek exciting new opportunities, and therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team. As our Lead Rewards Professional, you will create and align the Compensation & Benefits processes and -strategy and ensure its implementation across the company. 


You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we remain competitive in the market, attract top talent, and foster employee retention by shaping, implementing, and managing competitive and sustainable reward processes and strategies across all of Orifarm's markets end entities.


Your responsibilities will be to: 

  • Continue the development of the compensation strategy and implement competitive and equitable pay structures aligned with our business goals
  • Continue to create our Job Architecture by defining and match to Job sub-families and Job profiles to support organizational growth and clarity
  • Take the lead on benchmarking  and market analysis – we use Mercer
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and execution of total rewards packages, including incentives plan and process, annual salary review process, benefits and other compensation elements.
  • Ensure all programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Drive compensation processes in SuccessFactors  
  • Partner with leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Attraction, HR Operations, Analytics and the Finance teams to align reward strategies with company objectives.


In this position, you will refer to the Director of HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits, Inge Fahnøe. You should expect to travel to our other locations from time to time, approximately  15 days per year.

 

Who are you? 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a background in Rewards or Compensation and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and managing comprehensive Total Rewards Strategies, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs. 


You will need a deep understanding of compensation strategies, job evaluation frameworks, and compliance with local and international regulations are essential. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and basis knowledge of Mobility.


As we work closely together with stakeholders in the business, you will need to demonstrate great communication and stakeholder management abilities and communicate effortlessly in English.
