Join Orifarm as a Lead Quality Compliance QMS Specialist in the QMS&IT department and play a key role in shaping the QMS strategy at Orifarm. This is a high-impact position, where you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders and senior management to support the overall QMS strategy.

About the job 

We are looking for a dedicated senior QMS Specialist to join our team in Odense. As a Lead Quality Compliance QMS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance of the QMS. Together with the department, you will steer the overall QMS strategy, set long-term direction for the future standard for the QMS, and continuously improve quality standard across the organization. The job involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in order to drive compliance and ensure inspection readiness across Orifarm
• Translating global requirements into operational processes and developing and maintaining corporate quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with industry standards
• Providing targeted training, stakeholder communication, and support and sparring to management and colleagues within the QMS framework
• Acting as role model to foster a strong quality mindset across Orifarm

Who are you? 

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong quality background with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate QMS requirements into actionable processes. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing complexity, and engaging with stakeholders.

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within a GxP-regulated environment – preferably from a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and improving QMS in a global setting
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems such as Veeva QMS or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong compliance mind-set. Possess the ability to effectively lead cultural and procedural changes within an organization
• Setting direction and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The QMS&IT department consists of brilliant and experienced specialists divided into a core group of 4 QA IT specialists and 5 QMS specialists with the responsibility for the QMS and key quality processes.
