You are an experienced developer who combines deep C# and SQL Server expertise with strong leadership capabilities. You are comfortable investigating a complex stored procedure, reviewing application architecture, mentoring developers, and making pragmatic technical decisions that keep the business moving forward.

You understand modern development practices and web technologies, but you also appreciate the realities of maintaining and evolving business-critical systems that have been developed over many years. You enjoy solving complex technical problems, you lead by example, you take ownership of technical quality and delivery, and you are motivated by improving systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role, including experience leading development teams or acting as a technical mentor
  • Experience working with enterprise applications and complex business systems, and a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
