Intern - Talent Attraction

We are looking for an ambitious and structured intern with a strong interest in employer branding and recruitment. You thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and are eager to learn and support key HR processes.

Help shape our future talent pipeline

As our new intern in the Talent Attraction team, you will play an important role in supporting our ongoing employer branding and recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the roll-out and internal anchoring of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Assisting in the development of our upcoming graduate program
- Participating in recruitment-related activities and coordination
- Contributing to the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives
- Taking on various ad hoc and project-related tasks

You will report to the Talent Attraction Partner and become part of our People & Culture department, working closely with passionate colleagues across HR.

Who are you?

You are currently studying a relevant master’s degree in HR, communication, business, or a related field. You have strong communication skills (in English), a proactive mindset, and are not afraid to take ownership of your tasks. Experience with coordination, employer branding or recruitment is a plus, but not a requirement.

We expect you to be available from September 1st to end of December 2025. This is an unpaid internship.

You will join a small, dedicated Talent Attraction team working to attract and engage the best talent to Orifarm. We work closely together, value open feedback, and have fun while making an impact.

You will collaborate closely with the entire organization and especially our communications department as well as the rest of the People & Culture department.
