Integration lead

Orifarm is looking for a hands-on Integration Lead to take technical ownership of a complex integration landscape across platforms and technologies. You will shape the target architecture, lead the modernization toward API-led and iPaaS-enabled integrations, and contribute directly to the design and implementation of Orifarm’s new integration landscape.

About the Job & key responsibilities

As Orifarm's Integration Lead, reporting directly to the VP of Business Engagement & Platform Solutions, you will modernize the integration landscape and take a hands-on role in designing and delivering the shift toward an API-led, iPaaS-enabled integration architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping the current integration landscape and driving the integration dimension of legacy modernization, ensuring complexity is resolved, not carried forward
• Establishing the target integration architecture and roadmap toward a modern integration platform, replacing point-to-point complexity with scalable and reusable integration patterns
• Design, develop, and configure integrations using iPaaS and API management tools, collaborating with data teams on pipeline integration where needed
• Defining integration standards and driving adoption across IT domains, ensuring integrations are built for reusability, security, and consistency
• Partner with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, and platform specialists to ensure integration decisions align with enterprise architecture and business priorities

Who Are You?

You have built and governed integration architecture across complex, multi-platform enterprise landscapes. You have established integration standards where none existed before and are as comfortable building integrations as you are defining the architecture around them.

Key Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations using iPaaS and API management platforms such as Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft
• Experience designing, building, and governing integration architecture across ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, manufacturing systems, and enterprise infrastructure
• Proven ability to establish integration standards & patterns across multiple IT domains
• Experience driving the integration dimension of legacy modernization or platform migrations
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, bringing clarity where commercial, manufacturing, and enterprise IT intersect

You will be part of Business Engagement & Platform Solutions. You will join a team of approximately 45 professionals across three business-aligned solution teams and architecture & integration practices. However, your scope extends across all of IT. You will define and drive integration standards that apply to every domain including Orifarm’s commercial platforms, data & analytics, digital manufacturing, infrastructure & operations, and cybersecurity.

Job Location

Your primary day-to-day will be at Orifarm’s headquarters in Southern Odense. We emphasize a flexible workday, where all employees should have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, provided this is desired by the employee and aligns with the tasks in question.
