About the job
As IT Vendor Manager, you hold end-to-end accountability for Orifarm’s strategic IT vendor relationships. You will own the vendor strategy, performance, and commercial frameworks, ensuring transparency, governance, and continuous improvement across vendor engagements.
Working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, Finance, and Procurement, you will ensure that vendors consistently deliver on their commitments and actively contribute to Orifarm’s enterprise priorities and transformation agenda.
Your key responsibilities include:

Owning and maintaining the strategic IT vendor roadmap – who our partners are, and why

Establishing and nurturing strong, outcome-oriented vendor partnerships

Negotiating and managing master agreements, SLAs, and commercial frameworks

Driving vendor performance through KPIs, service reviews, and continuous improvement

Managing vendor-related risks, escalations, and senior-level issue resolution

Ensuring optimal total cost of ownership and continuous value realization

Driving vendor innovation in line with enterprise and quarterly planning priorities
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you combine strong commercial and strategic capabilities with a solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and confident handling complex vendor situations, negotiations, and escalations.
We imagine that you bring:

5+ years of relevant professional experience within IT vendor management, sourcing, procurement, or similar roles

A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Procurement, Economics, Finance, or equivalent

Strong experience with strategic vendor management and supplier governance

Solid commercial and contractual expertise (master agreements, SLAs, pricing models)

Experience with vendor performance management, risk management, and TCO
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A structured, disciplined, and accountable way of working

Fluency in English (experience from the pharma industry is an advantage)

You will join Orifarm’s Transformation Office, a small, high-performing team consisting of an IT Portfolio Manager, Enterprise Architect, and IT Project Managers. The Transformation Office bridges Orifarm’s strategic direction with measurable outcomes and continuously raises the maturity of IT governance, delivery, and vendor management.
