IT Business Partner

We are looking for an IT Business Partner who will be the key link between our business areas and Corporate IT, ensuring that business priorities are translated into clear technology roadmaps, initiatives, and outcomes

About the job

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape demand, priorities, and identify how technology, data, automation, and AI can improve business performance. Your focus will be to strengthen business alignment, improve prioritization, and ensure that IT investments create measurable value for Orifarm.

With a strong focus on business value, digitalization, data, automation, and AI, you will help Orifarm identify and mature opportunities that improve performance, reduce complexity, and strengthen execution. You will work closely with Corporate IT teams, delivery teams, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that demand is well understood, prioritized, and prepared for successful delivery.

As IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving close collaboration and engagement between Corporate IT and selected business areas, ensuring that business needs are linked to technology solutions and business value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary IT business partner for new demand within your assigned business areas
• Participate in relevant business and management meetings to understand strategies, priorities, pain points, and opportunities
• Translate business strategy and operational priorities into clear, prioritized IT roadmaps, initiatives, and backlogs
• Shape and qualify business demand early by clarifying value, scope, complexity, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes
• Provide strategic and tactical advisory on how technology, digitalization, automation, data, and AI can support business performance
• Secure business commitment, sponsorship, ownership, and sign-off on business cases, priorities, and expected benefits
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, Corporate IT, architects, product owners, delivery teams, cyber security, compliance, and data specialists

Who are you?

You are a senior, business-oriented IT professional who combines strong stakeholder management with a structured and analytical approach to technology demand and business value.

You understand both business priorities and IT delivery realities. You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders, but you also have enough technology understanding to challenge, shape, and qualify ideas before they become projects.

You bring:

• Experience in IT business partnering, IT strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, product ownership, or a similar cross-functional IT role
• Experience from life sciences is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good understanding of enterprise IT, business applications, architecture, integrations, software delivery, and implementation processes
• Understanding of key business processes across product portfolio management, launch management & commercial planning
• Ability to challenge constructively and help business stakeholders prioritize based on value, complexity, risk, and capacity
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and competing priorities
