About the job
As Hospital Manager in our Parallel Import Hospital (PI) segment, you will become a key stakeholder driving and developing our hospital product portfolio. Within PI the hospital segment is mainly handled via public tenders. You will have full commercial responsibility for selected markets while working closely with colleagues across Purchasing, Portfolio Development, Portfolio Management, Regulatory Affairs, Unlicensed Medicines, and Sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the tender bidding process and influence future business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital customers and stakeholders
- Preparing and coordinating public tenders while securing timely product availability
- Monitoring market developments and identify growth opportunities
- Analyzing tender and market data to support strategic decision-making
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio performance and business growth
Who are you?
You hold a relevant degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field and ideally have experience within trading, procurement, portfolio management, tender management, or another commercial discipline. Experience from an international organization is an advantage but not a requirement.
Most importantly, you are motivated by creating results, identifying opportunities, and succeeding in a competitive and dynamic market environment.

Who are we?
You will become part of the Business Development & Portfolio Management VP area, specializing in the European parallel import Hospital segment. As a Hospital Manager, you will become part of a group of 4 skilled managers, working in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders. We are an international and collaborative team with an open communication style in our shared office with approx. 700 other colleagues at our head office in Odense.

Job location
Odense, Denmark. A minimum of 3 days of physical presence in Odense each week is a requirement. However, we also offer flexibility, allowing you to work remotely up to two days per week.
