Hospital & Tender Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a structured and proactive Hospital & Tender Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks at hand. You should be comfortable managing orders, handling new tenders, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

About the job 

As the Maternity Cover Hospital & Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing order handling and ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinating and overseeing new tenders
• Handling the DK Hospital portfolio and managing requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with different departments to optimize supply chain operations
• Analyzing market trends and providing strategic recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

You will report to the Head of Pharma Trade, Anders Norstrand, and be part of the Danish Sales team.

Who are you? 

You are a highly organized individual with a background in business administration or a related field. You have experience in order handling, tender management, and portfolio handling. Your professional traits include strong communication skills, the ability to challenge and collaborate with stakeholders, and proficiency in English. Personal qualities include being detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
