About the job

As Head of Specialty Rx & CHC Solutions  you will lead a business-aligned solutions area supporting Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare and shape the technology capabilities that enable growth, commercial execution, and operational excellence across both.

You will act as the key partner to the business and translate strategic priorities into a clear roadmap and build a department that can deliver both domain-specific capabilities and shared enabling solutions across data, integration & analytics.

You will scale and strengthen the solutions supporting these business areas, while ensuring that technology investments remain aligned to business outcomes, operational needs, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Drive business priorities into a clear and actionable technology roadmap and solutions that support e.g. product portfolio execution, product lifecycle management, Omnichannel and customer engagement
• Strengthen decision support through improved data, reporting, and analytics for product performance, portfolio priorities, and market opportunities
• Enable processes related to e.g. pricing, tender participation, reimbursement support, and commercial performance management and customer engagement through scalable solutions
• Ensure close alignment between Specialty Rx & CHC solutions and related platforms across ERP, supply chain, master data, integrations, and analytics
• Scale the IT department as the business domains grow to support commercial ambitions
• Responsibility for the Speciality Rx and CHC IT department, staffing, skills development, and organisational performance management

You will report to the VP of Business Engagement & Platform Solutions and you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that technology investments are aligned to business outcomes and are scalable & fit-for-purpose.

Who Are You?

You are a senior business technology leader with experience partnering with commercial and regulated business environments. You know how to translate business priorities into scalable technology capabilities and how to build and lead teams delivering across multiple business-facing solution areas.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in IT leadership, business technology, or digital transformation roles
• Experience with business-facing solutions supporting areas including Product / portfolio management, Pricing / tender or market-facing processes, customer engagement and omnichannel
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to build, shape, and develop teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment, balancing speed, quality, compliance, and business value

Who Are We?

You will be part of Business Engagement & Platform Solutions, a function of approximately 45 professionals across three business-aligned solution teams as well as architecture and integration practices. The Specialty Rx & CHC Solutions area you will lead currently consists of four employees that will grow together with business, giving you the opportunity to shape and build the team as the area develops.
