Head of CTS & UL Global

We are looking for a Head of CTS and UL global who is eager and motivated to take Orifarms Clinical Trial Supply and Unlicensed Medicines engagement activities to new heights by exploring exciting new opportunities and ensuring a competitive and ambitious strategy for the department.
About the job
As our Head of CTS and UL Global, you will be responsible for the developing, implementing, and monitoring of our Clinical Trial Supply and Unlicensed Medicines (CTS and UL) growth strategy and value proposition in order to maximize commercial opportunities globally.
You will also create and manage the CTS and UL Pipeline whilst ensuring visibility on forecasted potentials, year to date performance, gap analysis, budget, and ongoing strategy development.
Additional tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the tracking of NTO and GP progress against plan
- Plan cashflow to support business activity
- Develop customer and supplier accounts through business review meetings
- Define a core for the team and utilize synergize from the Orifarm Business model
- Define processes, responsibilities and KPIs
- Analyze win and loss rates for constant continuous improvements for the sake of our customers and patients.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
- Build a vendor network to meet the needs of the UL and CTS space (with the team)
In this role, you will report to VP, Product Supply, Pharma Trade, Kenneth Boisen. You can expect approximately 30 annual days of travelling.
About you
We are looking for a professional with proven experience within the field of CTS and UL – having worked in pharmaceuticals or other heavily regulated environments is a must.

The team is a high performing team with years of experience navigating the scenes of Clinical Trial Supply and Unlicensed medicines. The team is closely linked to the core procurement activities of Orifarm and is focusing on bringing our clients as close to the supply network as possible.

The team is international and have team members working from various Orifarm sites ranging from the US, UK to EU.
