About the job
As our new HR Development Partner at Orifarm, you will play a vital role in supporting our functional Senior HR Business Partners and line managers across the Orifarm Group. You will be involved in implementing our People Strategy, facilitating leadership development, and ensuring the successful execution of key People & Culture initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting functional Senior HR Business Partners with delivering on a broad portfolio of P&C tasks and initiatives.
- Contributing to the implementation of the annual P&C cycle and strategic initiatives across departments.
- Facilitating Leadership Pipeline Implementation and supporting leaders on their continuous learning journey
- Coordinating and following up on Employee Engagement Survey (EES) results and team workshops.
- Preparing and facilitating People Reviews, PDP conversations, and team development workshops.
- Facilitating workshops and team sessions to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
- Developing new concept within talent / HIPO and succession management.
- Driving systematic and targeted development of specialists across the Orifarm Group.
You will report to Allan Christiansen, Senior HR Business Partner and Director of Leadership and Employee Development & Engagement, and become part of the People & Culture department at Orifarm.
Who are you?
You hold a relevant educational background and have hands-on experience within HR partnering, with a strong understanding of HR processes and tools. You enjoy collaborating across departments and are motivated by supporting leaders and teams to succeed.
Your profile includes:
- A master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience within HR business partnering, HR consultancy or related HR roles.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience – preferably from a larger international organization, and with experience working in a matrix setup across both business and People & Culture.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide sparring to leaders at different levels.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
