HR Business Partner - People & Culture

We are looking for an experienced and strategy-driven HR Business Partner for our Group Compliance organisation. You will be partnering up with the functional leadership team and all people managers within Group Compliance to execute on the Compliance strategy, just as you will play a pivotal role in executing on the People & Culture strategy of Orifarm, taking the people development agenda to the next level.
About the job
The position as HRBP for Group Compliance is a split role, where you will on the one hand be the trusted and strategic P&C advisor and partner for the entire Group Compliance area, while – on the other hand – you will also be working on designing and running effective and business anchored manager and employee learning solutions for the entire Orifarm Group together with the Director of Leadership, Talent & Employee Development & Engagement. Facilitation and workshop execution will therefore be an integrated part of the role.
You will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and be part of the international People & Culture Leadership Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a strategic P&C advisor and partner for senior leaders and managers within Group Compliance
- Execute and follow-up on our key people processes such as our Performance & Development Plan (PDP) process, leadership development, employee learning, onboarding, employee engagement, People Review, salary regulation etc.
- Enable a high-performing, engaged and highly motivated workforce with Group Compliance
- Work dedicated on strengthening the organizational culture and employee experience across Orifarm together with HRBP peers
- Provide guidance on guidance on organizational design, talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management while ensuring alignment with both HR policies and pharmaceutical industry compliance standards.
- Develop best-in-class leadership and employee learning solutions for all of Orifarm together with CoE of Leadership, Talent & Employee Development
- Run / facilitate workhops and masterclasses for managers and employees across the Orifarm business
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR generalist supporting complex organizations.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- A proven track record within developing and running best-in-class leadership and employee learning and development solutions
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; comfortable interpreting survey data and generating insights.
- Sound understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
