Global Brand Lead – Drive Strategic Excellence in Rx Brand Leadership
We are looking for a commercially minded and experienced brand lead who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and strategic ownership. As our new Global Brand Lead within the Rx portfolio, you’ll be responsible for driving global brand strategy and supporting tactical execution – from positioning to lifecycle strategic planning – ensuring that our key prescription products, spanning both generics and selected original brands, reach their full potential across markets.
Take the Lead on Strategic Brand Development
As Global Brand Lead, you will oversee key assets in our Rx portfolio. This includes both high-value generic products and selected original brands. You will be responsible for setting the global brand direction and ensuring alignment across functions and markets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic discussions and act as the product champion throughout the value chain.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the overall commercial strategy for key global Rx products and ensuring alignment across countries and functions
- Leading brand positioning, messaging, and global campaign development
- Collaborating across Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to support product success
- Staying informed and involved in all key decisions across the value chain – from early planning to in-market performance
- Monitoring insights and performance to support lifecycle planning and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with local teams to gather insights, align strategy, and support local execution
- Translating clinical and access data into clear, customer-relevant value communication
- Facilitating best-practice sharing and ensuring alignment and synergies across markets and functions
Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Department Manager, you will be part of a growing team responsible for global market access, commercial and promotional activities for Orifarm’s key RX brands.
A strategic, structured, and collaborative brand leader
You bring a strategic mindset and solid experience in brand or portfolio management – ideally within the prescription pharmaceutical sector. Experience in the generics space, combined with an ability to differentiate products in competitive environments, is a strong asset. With commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset, you excel at driving alignment and creating growth across diverse functions and geographies.
You are proactive, structured, and confident in taking the lead while maintaining strong attention to detail. Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels – both internally and externally.
In addition, we expect that you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Health Sciences
- 5+ years of experience in strategic brand management or marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical (Rx) sector. Experience from Belgium, the UK, or Germany is a plus; experience from at least one Nordic market is required
- A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including clinical, access, and commercial elements
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in an international setting
- Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken

You’ll be joining the Commercial Excellence team – a small but impactful and growing global function working across market access, commercial strategy, and brand promotion. P.t based across Oslo and Odense, we work closely together to deliver commercial excellence and support local markets in achieving both strategic and operational goals.
