Join Orifarm as a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain and take on a key role in driving financial strategy, business transparency, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior management, contributing to strategic projects and ensuring sound financial governance.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, offering strategic financial insights and guiding decision-making. You will be responsible for driving financial transparency and governance in decision-making. 

Further, you will lead and provide strategic direction to two Finance Business Partners located at our Poland factory and our Czech Republic packaging facility. You will be responsible for their development, ensuring alignment with financial goals, and fostering collaboration across locations. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Enhance factory reporting for better transparency and insights.
• Drive the COGS transparency process to identify key cost drivers and create visibility across delivery channels.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, develop business cases, and optimize cash flow.
• Support strategic projects by providing financial insights and risk assessments.
• Lead the review and development of budgets and financial plans.
• Lead and support Finance Business Partners in Poland and the Czech Republic, fostering collaboration and professional development.

In this role, you will report to VP, Business Finance & Indirect Procurement, Mads Tocado Dybbro. 

Who are you? 
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong financial background with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate financial insights into business impact. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing complexity, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive informed decision-making.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in finance business partnering, financial strategy, or corporate finance, with a track record of driving results. As a professional, you possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to enhance financial clarity and drive business improvements. You will also need great stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence key decisions.

It will be highly advantageous if you have experience working in Supply Chain or/and a manufacturing environment. Additionally, a strong understanding of business case development, budgeting, and financial governance will be needed to be successful in this role. 

Lastly, we are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

You will be part of the Finance Business Partner team reporting to the VP of Business Finance & Indirect Procurement. The team consists of seven colleagues working across different locations. Our team plays a key role in providing financial insights and strategic support to the organization, ensuring data-driven decision-making at all levels. Business Finance & Indirect Procurement is part of the CFO area, also including Group Accounting, Compliance & Treasury, IT, Legal.

Job Location
While the primary work location is Odense with flexibility for remote work, this role involves regular travel to Poland and the Czech Republic to engage with local teams. Expected travel is 10-20 days per year.
