Executive Assistant for the CCO

Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a commercial mindset looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer.
About the job
With reference to the CCO, you will provide high-level support, ensuring the CCO's office operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You will also support and oversee strategic projects and analyze internal and external data to guide decision-making to set the direction for future growth - all in close collaboration with CCO and the Commercial Leadership Team.
Additionally, your responsibilities include:
• Facilitate and drive operational and strategic projects and perform in-depth analysis of areas of interest
• Support and oversee business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals
• Ensure pro-active stakeholder management and communication at multiple organizational levels
• Serve as a trusted advisor for the CCO on key business matters
• Prepare presentations and agendas for leadership and executive meetings
• Oversee project tracking and management, including maintaining an overview of operational activities and contributing to reporting processes
• Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
A structured person with commercial talent and good communication skills
We expect that you as a minimum have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience e.g. as an internal consultant role, executive assistant for a CxO, or as a management consultant. In this position, you will need project management experience and experience in developing and implementing strategy. Additionally, time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English are paramount to succeed in this role.
You will also need a solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, where you manages to create clear and sound storylines in PowerPoint, which you master to perfection. As a professional, you are a team player who is not afraid to challenge status quo. You come with a solid business understanding and are able to process and combine complex information from multiple sources to guide and influence strategic decision making.

Job Location
The position is located at our headquarters in Odense. You will have the opportunity to work partially from home, approximately 2 days per week.
