About the job
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Business Development & Portfolio Strategy Officer and the Leadership Team within Specialty Rx. You will play a key role in ensuring structure, coordination, and clarity across leadership activities - combining classic executive support with proactive planning, calendar orchestration, and high-quality content creation.
You act as the backbone of the leadership team’s operational efficiency - anticipating needs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that communication and information flow seamlessly.
Your key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Proactively manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization and alignment across stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute leadership team meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, time management, reporting, filing, and follow-up
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and documentation for senior leadership
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator - removing administrative barriers and enabling efficient decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization and actively support communication and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a central coordination point across functions
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks with a high level of structure, ownership, and overview
Who are you?
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a strong ability to navigate complex organizational environments and work confidently with senior leaders. You combine structure, discretion, and initiative with strong interpersonal skills.
On a personal level, you are known for your reliability, attention to detail, and structured way of working. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you actively anticipate needs, take ownership, adapt easily to changing priorities, and build trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.
We imagine that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in executive support ideally from the pharmaceutical industry
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in English and Danish (preferably)
- Are highly proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
Who are we?
You will become part of Specialty Rx, Orifarm’s strategic platform for niche generics and promotional prescription medicine. The department consists of approximately 30 employees across several European countries, working closely together in a highly collaborative and international setup.
