You will become part of the People & Culture Leadership team and play a key role in advancing the People & Culture agenda globally.


About the job

As Executive Assistant to Orifarm’s Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be a trusted advisor and central sparring partner to the People & Culture Leadership Team. In this role, you combine highquality executive support, strategic project management, and organizational coordination - helping transform P&C strategy into clear processes, deliverables, and impact across Orifarm.

You will take on a role that demands the ability to provide your stakeholders with outstanding advisory and execution.

Your main task is to serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and leadership team. Your work will support strategic priorities and some of your tasks will be to:

 

  • Coordinate leadership meetings endtoend.
  • Prepare highquality presentations, briefings, and communication materials for senior leadership.
  • Support P&C initiatives annual wheel activities.
  • Conceptualize and drive initiatives and projects in collaboration with HRBPs and P&C colleagues globally.
  • Serve as liaison to the Danish Workers Council.

 

Who are you?

You have documented experience working strategically with People & Culture in an international setting. You work independently and can balance speed and high output with quality and attention to detail. You are driven by making an impact. Furthermore, you bring professionalism, structure, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.

 

We expect:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in executive support, project management, or operations - ideally in pharma or regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and high proficiency with digital tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

You will be part of People and Culture - a group function supporting the organization across 12 offices and 5 production sites. Together with colleagues working out of Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany, we cover Operations, HR Business Partnering, Centres of Excellence, Corporate Communications and Health & Safety.
