Director - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We are looking for a strategic and digitally-savvy finance leader who can transform financial planning and reporting into a proactive business enabler. As Director FP&A, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of finance at Orifarm.

About the job 

As Director of FP&A, you will lead and modernize our financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. A key focus will be on strengthening financial governance throughout the planning cycle, ensuring alignment, accountability, and transparency in business steering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end planning and performance cycles across the Group, with a strong focus on governance and control
• Driving continuous improvement and automation in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Enhancing financial performance tracking for our manufacturing operations
• Acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Anchoring robust financial governance and digital transformation in FP&A through Power BI and AI-enabled tools

You will report to the VP of Business Finance & Indirect Procurement and lead a team of finance professionals within the FP&A department at Orifarm Group A/S.

Who are you? 

You are a finance leader with a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into action. You bring:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or business finance
• Strong capital allocation skills and proven experience with ROI/ROIC, capex, and cash flow
• Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce financial governance frameworks across planning and performance management cycles
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, financial modeling, and forecasting tools
• A natural ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with AI-driven financial tools is a strong plus
• You are fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
