About the job
Orifarm seeks a dedicated Corporate Strategy Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. As a Senior Specialist in Corporate Strategy, you will be part of a small but dedicated team of Corporate Strategy and Project Portfolio Management experts. You will work closely with senior management (Executive Management Group and their leadership teams), contributing to the development and execution of key initiatives that will drive our company's growth and success.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to participate in and drive some of the core tasks in our Corporate Strategy Office:
- Strategy Development and follow-up: Participate in preparing and developing our Group Strategy, including follow-up on our Strategic objectives
- Strategy sparring and facilitation: Support Executive Management Group (EMG) and Corporate Development Leadership team in framing and solving strategic challenges, including analysis and preparing executive presentations for decision-making
- Strategy Execution Governance: Develop, maintain, and drive our Annual Strategy Wheel to ensure predictability for senior management and clear interfaces with Financial Planning
- Strategic projects: Drive and participate in high-priority Strategic projects across Orifarm, such as assessing existing or new Strategic Business areas or our Manufacturing Footprint.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy Office & Project Portfolio Management, Emil Kjersgaard Bloch-Sørensen.
Who are you?
We expect you to have a Master's degree in Business, Economics, engineering or a related field. You also have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Strategy function, management consulting, or equivalent. We expect you to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and basic Danish skills.
Additionally, we imagine that;
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral). Advanced PowerPoint skills are a plus, as well as proficiency in Excel.
- You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- You have a strong desire to learn and contribute to the company's success
- You are motivated by a fast-paced work environment with short deadlines

Job Location
The job is based out of Odense with possibility to work from home. After an onboarding period, a minimum of 3 days in Odense is expected. Physical presence is important for the team dynamic.
