About the job
As our Client and Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for developing and achieving sales through the direct sales channel by identifying new sourcing opportunities and a forecast for each account. You will also ensure operational efficiency and best practices in all aspects of the supply chain – from collecting information, procurement, and support allocation to matching client requirements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our competitiveness by providing Orifarm with the lowest possible purchase prices whilst keeping the highest possible positive cash flow.

Additional task and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Create and deliver management plans for your key accounts
- Onboard, grow, and develop new and existing clients whilst meeting revenue and margin targets
- Ensure seamless delivery of comparators and unlicensed medicines
- Ensure great stakeholder management and collaboration with colleagues from Commercial Pharma Trade, Portfolio Management and Business Development to ensure the most profitable allocation while finding our clients' best possible solution
- Oversee sourcing projects from the point of request through to delivery of the project
- Develop and maintain supplier relations and carry out the purchase processes
You can expect approximately 10-20 annual travel days to client/supplier meetings, conferences, etc.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with an educational background within the areas of commercial, supply chain or as a pharmacist. The most important part is that you have experience from a similar position and perhaps have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment.
As a person, you are energetic, knowledgeable and flexible. You enjoy the daily client and supplier contact, and the merchant in you ensures a continuous optimization of prices, agreements, and orders. You place high demands on the quality of your work and are motivated by working in an area where precision, credibility, and service are the keywords.
Lastly, we seek an ambitious team player who actively contributes to a good working environment.
You will need to be fluent in English in writing and speech.

The team is a high performing team with years of experience navigating the scenes of Clinical Trial Supply and Unlicensed medicines. The team is closely linked to the core procurement activities of Orifarm and is focusing on bringing our clients as close to the supply network as possible.

The team is international and have team members working from various Orifarm sites ranging from the US, UK to EU.
