About the job 

As a Change Specialist at Orifarm, you will be responsible for ensuring a free flow of supply via in time product maintenance from a compliance and supply perspective, and responsible for assigning orders with the correct packaging material, as well as creating change controls in our Veeva system.

 

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Evaluate and scope change requests (CR) for existing products, assessing impact on SKU/dossier within Specialty Rx and OTC.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define CR scope, timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Convert CRs into change controls (CC), coordinate execution, and upload to Veeva according to EU GMP/GDP standards.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-functional change controls, ensuring release-critical tasks are completed before product ordering or launch.
  • Drive continuous improvement of departmental procedures, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance

 

You will report to the Department Manager Rikke Lund Jørgensen and be a part of the Product Masterdata team. You will become a valued member of a collaborative team dedicated to supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Job Location
