CISO

We are looking for a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead cybersecurity strategy execution and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding and keeping our digital infrastructure resilient, understanding the cybersecurity challenges facing modern companies such as protecting our platforms and systems, maintaining safe and continuous services.

About the job 

As CISO of Orifarm, you will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring the integrity and security of all organizational information systems while fostering a culture of cybersecurity and IT compliance awareness and resilience, both within Corporate IT and across the entire business. This involves stepping fully into the role as a strategic leader of our cybersecurity vision, risk management, IT compliance, technology adoption, innovation and security operations.

You will report to the CIO and be part of the Corporate IT Leadership Team.   

Your key responsibilities  

You will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide information security vision, a strategy and a roadmap aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements and risk tolerances. You will have to balance business objectives, technology requirements, and risk management by effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Additionally, you will; 

• Provide executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, trends, and priorities.
• Oversee programs for risk assessment, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident prevention.
• Oversee cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and coordinated incident response activities.
• Promote a safety-driven, security-first culture among teams and employees across the Group
• Lead cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives across the Group.
• Evaluate cybersecurity tools, platforms, and services to enhance resilience and business operations continuity.
• Drive initiatives around vulnerability management and penetration testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate security into our product design and infrastructure management.
• Stay current on sector threat intelligence, ransomware trends, nation-state targeting patterns, and critical infrastructure risks.

Who are you?

We expect you to have +10 years of cybersecurity leadership experience and at least 4 years in a CISO role or a similar security role with seniority. It is expected that you possess strong communications skills and that you are comfortable and experienced in translating complex security topics for non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, we expect you to have: 

• Proven track record developing and executing enterprise security strategies.
• Solid presentation- and stakeholder management skills
• Balanced mindset, being able to navigate between compliance rigor and product velocity, driving practical and scalable security outcomes

Job Location

The position is located in Odense but with the possibility of working from home two days a week.
