AI Business Partner
Odense S, DK, 5260 Søborg, DK, 2860
Are you passionate about turning business challenges into impactful AI solutions? As our AI Business Partner, you will lead AI adoption within the business, identify opportunities, drive innovation, and translate business needs into tangible value through AI
About the job
As an AI Business Partner, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and AI execution. You will uncover high-value AI opportunities, develop and prioritize AI roadmaps, and lead initiatives from concept to scalable adoption. By embedding AI into core business processes, you will help deliver measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
The role spans business partnering, change leadership, governance, and value realization, making it ideal for someone who excels driving cross-functional collaboration and translating ambition into business impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases
- Play an active part in driving initiatives end-to-end from ideation and scoping through implementation, adoption and workflow embedding
- Ensure local adherence to AI governance, compliance requirements and approved ways of working, including risk reviews, exceptions and local signoffs
- Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating risks, decisions and prioritization needs when required
- Facilitate workshops, training, community sessions and demonstrations that accelerate adoption and continuous learning
- Track and communicate adoption, benefits and business impact, and help scale successful solutions across relevant teams
Who are you?
You combine strong business understanding with genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology. You create structure in ambiguity, build trusted relationships, and take ownership for moving initiatives forward. We are not looking for a hands-on developer – instead, we are looking for someone who has a strong business acumen and is comfortable discussing AI-enabled workflows, low-code/no-code AI and automation possibilities, governance and value creation with both business and specialist stakeholders.
We expect that you:
- Have a relevant higher education in business, digital transformation, technology, innovation, or a related field
- Bring at least three years of relevant experience from business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, consulting or cross-functional program delivery
- Have experience translating business priorities into concrete initiatives, business cases and implementation plans
- Possess strong stakeholder management, project management skills and communication skills across operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Understand AI opportunities and limitations and have sound judgement in a regulated, compliance-aware environment
- Are structured, proactive, collaborative and focused on outcomes and measurable impact
- Communicate proficiently in English
Who are we?
You will report to the Head of AI and be anchored in Orifarm’s AI Office while working closely with the business, acting as the key link between local priorities and Orifarm-wide AI standards. We collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and countries to turn ideas into real solutions.
We foster a hands-on, curious, and experimental culture, where learning and iteration are part of everyday work. You will be joining a team where you are trusted to take ownership, contribute with ideas, and help shape how AI is used across Orifarm.
Why should you join Orifarm?
At Orifarm, we are united by a shared purpose: improving access to affordable medicine for the people who need it. Founded in Odense, Denmark in 1994 by Birgitte & Hans Bøgh-Sørensen, we have built our business on challenging conventional thinking to make affordable high-quality pharmaceuticals more accessible across Europe. Rather than developing new medicines, we focus on finding smarter ways to bring existing treatments to patients, creating value for pharmacies, healthcare systems, and society.
We live by the mindset Challenge Accepted. It reflects our explorer spirit and can-do attitude, where challenges are perceived as opportunities. We encourage people to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and take ownership. Across teams, functions, and markets, you will find a collaborative and supportive culture built on trust, respect, and a flat hierarchy where everyone has a voice and direct access to decision-makers.
When you join Orifarm, you will be empowered to make a real impact from day one. We offer autonomy and great opportunities for career advancement, enabling our employees to shape their professional development. We value flexibility and provide a hybrid work model with the possibility of working from home two days a week.
We invite you to join Orifarm, if you are curious, ambitious, and accept the challenge of bringing better deals of medicine to millions.
