AI Business Analyst

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst who turns business needs into impactful AI solutions and drives adoption across the organization.

Are you passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence through AI solutions? As an AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and enabling AI opportunities across all Orifarm business units. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technological capabilities, you will ensure that AI initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively executed, and deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI projects. You will lead initiatives from ideation to execution and foster adoption of AI solutions across Orifarm – from identifying business opportunities and patient needs to supporting sales and distribution across multiple channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify, shape and assess AI opportunities across all Orifarm business units in close collaboration with management as well as Corporate IT and other key stakeholders.
• Lead AI initiatives, ensuring progress and adherence to established objectives.
• Align AI solutions with Orifarm's overall strategic goals and technology roadmap.
• Drive projects to business execution and monitor business impact across different value chain activities and channels.
• Ensure great AI governance ideation.
• Ensure benefit realization and performance tracking.

You will report directly to the Head of AI as a member of our newly established AI office and join a dedicated AI team playing a key role in accelerating and driving Orifarm’s AI ambition across the organization. The role requires international travel, including attendance at events and visits to Orifarm's local affiliates.

Who are you? 

We expect you to have a strong business acumen combined with a passion for new technologies and AI. You have +3 years proven experience driving strategic initiatives in an international corporation, and you possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of AI governance, benefit realization, and performance tracking is an advantage, as is the ability to foster adoption of new technologies and AI. You are curious about the developments within AI and stay up to date on AI trends, data innovation, and process automation. Experience with project management or leading initiatives in complex organizational environments is considered an advantage.

Job Location

It is expected that you can be in at our HQ in Odense 1-2 times a week.

Hybrid work. Expect 15-20 days of travel per year.
