– We are looking for a Project Lead for Specialty Rx & OTC for our Program Management Office

About the job

As Project Lead, you will become part of the Program Management Office who is responsible for managing the pipeline of new pharma products from early qualification till market launch.

 

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing the project plan throughout the project life time
  • Monitoring project progress as well as ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed within the agreed upon deadlines
  • Ensuring cross-functional alignment within the core team and relevant stakeholders, such as Business Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Challenging specialists within the core team in a constructive way to optimize the project progression and time-to-market
  • Ensuring compliance with the established Stage-Gate Model and driving the project through the decision-making process
  • Creating transparency through reporting and communicating on project status, risks, and financials in all levels of the organization, including regular reporting and escalation to management
  • Contributing to the continued development and optimization of the processes and tools

 

Who are you? 

You have a relevant educational background within business (cand.merc. or cand.negot), shipping (ex. shipping agent/speditør) or from a similar field.  However, equivalent experience in similar roles is also valued, and we do not require extensive years of experience to apply.

 

We imagine you are structured and proactive as a person. You should be able to challenge current state of working with your independent personality and high level of drive. In addition, you must be fluent in Danish and English in both writing and speech.

 

Additionally, you have:

  • A positive can-do attitude and outward personality
  • Great problem solving skills and ability to navigate as well as simplify complexity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset with a good understanding of financial key figures

Knowledge from the pharma industry and/or with project management is a plus.

The job is located at our headquarter in Odense, close to the highway, providing convenient access for commuters. In addition, we offer flexibility to work partially from home depending on the tasks.
