We are looking for an experienced professional from the pharmaceutical industry, who can effectively manage project plans across multiple entities and lead cross-functional processes within our own sites and supply chain. Furthermore, the MS&T program manager will be responsible for facilitating clear communication across teams and functions, providing support for various internal and external stakeholders, and drive change initiatives as well as collaboration on development projects across Orifarm.

 

This position plays a key role in coordinating activities in terms of MS&T Program Management Office (PMO) and Supply Point Office (SPO) and will be part of a newly created function in Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T).

 

About the job 

As a MS&T Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the projects, maintaining project databases, as well as ensuring effective communication and timely achievement of milestones. You will collaborate with Supplier Relationship Management functions and manufacturing sites, providing support, coordinating project resources, reporting, and tracking. Additionally,  you will contribute to the development of portfolio processes and drive continuous improvement.

 

Among your key responsibilities in the role, there will be:

  • Maintaining portfolio database, resource management, gathering and integrating MS&T project milestone updates, consolidation and assessment requests to the Supply Point Committee (SPC), presenting updates, dashboards, overviews, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),  including preparation of new project proposals
  • Coordinates project resource reporting and tracking in MS&T Portfolio Database including facilitation of a monthly workload/capacity bottleneck analysis process.
  • Takes care for execution of the SPC decisions e.g., rejected, on hold, under evaluation, escalated, endorsed and ensures they are directed to the corresponding next step.
  • Contributes to global portfolio scenarios and recommendations for optimization, supports preparation of the semi-annual budget cycles and annual strategic plans,  in collaboration with the Site Heads, Director MS&T and Business Partners
  • Contributes to the preparation of the semi-annual budget cycles and annual strategic plans, consolidates overall performance on adherence to time, expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX), resources and savings as primary point of contact with MS&T director, site heads and finance business partners.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the portfolio processes
  • Communicates on project status, decisions, prioritizations, and delivering presentations to stakeholders and partners.

 

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a degree in Science, Engineering or related fields combined with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, especially in generics and OTC, preferably also in CHC.

 

In the MS&T Program Manager role, you will interact with various internal stakeholders and external service providers or product suppliers, and therefore, we expect high level of ability to influence across functions and collaborate across different cultures.

 

Among the key characteristics of a successful candidate we expect:

  • Experience in the Pharma industry, in Project Portfolio management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management (time, cost, resource, scope, stakeholder and communication management area’s).
  • Working knowledge and experience in planning and reporting tools.
  • Practical knowledge of risk management (identification, evaluation, mitigation) and understanding on impact on projects.
