About the job

With direct reference to the CIO, Klaus Mortensen, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the CIO's office operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Additionally, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the CIO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strategic Activities:
    • Support Strategic Planning
    • Assist the CIO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
    • Gather and analyze data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare strategic documents, briefs, and presentations for board meetings and senior leadership discussions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CIO.

 

A structured person with commercial talent and good communication skills

We expect that you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

 

In this position, you will need excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English. You will also need a solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

 

As a professional, you can work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Lastly, you have a positive mindset. You aim to celebrate wins and achievements while being service-minded by nature. You cope well with a variety of tasks and shifting focus.

Job Location

The position is located at our headquarters in Odense. You will have the opportunity to work partially from home, approximately 2 days per week.
