Kategorie:  Vertrieb
Land/Region:  DE
Standort:

Leverkusen, DE, 51381

Are you analytical, fluent in German, and excited by the complexity of launching pharmaceuticals in a dynamic market? We’re looking for a Launch Manager who thrives on data-driven planning and strategic execution in the German pharmaceutical space.

About the job - Shape the future of pharmaceutical launches in Germany

As our new Launch Manager, you will be responsible for planning and introducing new parallel imported pharmaceuticals to the German market across our three companies: Orifarm, 101 Carefarm, and Aaragon. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Denmark and Germany to drive timely and successful product launches.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Identifying, planning, and executing product launches in close cooperation with Launch Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Creating business cases and entering relevant figures (e.g., sales potential, pricing, rebate contracts) into launch tools.
  • Handling the full IFA announcement process, including documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborating with DK Launch Management to define market potential, go-to-market strategy, and forecasting.
  • Steering new product lines for the first three months of launch, ensuring alignment across forecasting, pricing, expiry dates, and rebate contracts.

You will report to the Head of Launch Management Germany and be part of the Market Analysis & Launches team.

Who are you? Data-driven, structured, and fluent in German

You have a business/commercial background and 1–2 years of experience in pharma, preferably within launch management, regulatory affairs, or business development. You combine a structured way of working with strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers (especially in Excel).

You also bring:

  • Deep knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market, including regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native level preferred) and solid English proficiency.
  • A hands-on mentality, stress resilience, and a collaborative but assertive personality.
  • Bonus if you have proven project management skills.

Who are we? A collaborative, cross-border team with purpose

You’ll join a dedicated and friendly team that spans Germany and Denmark, with close collaboration across departments including Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. We value a structured and proactive mindset – and we love data as much as we love strong teamwork.
