IT Engagement & Delivery Lead in Germany

We are looking for an IT Engagement & Delivery Lead for Orifarm, who will be the key link between the German business and Corporate IT, ensuring that commercial and operational priorities are translated into clear digital and technology initiatives

About the job

You will identify and drive digitalization opportunities across the German value chain, working closely with both local stakeholders and central IT teams. Your focus will be to accelerate business value and improve execution speed in our largest market. This is a hands-on, business-facing role operating across engagement, solution shaping and execution.

You will not only define and prioritize initiatives, you will also actively drive and, where relevant, build and implement solutions yourself, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms, automation and modern digital tools.

With a strong focus on process excellence, data and digitalization, you will translate business needs into concrete improvements and deliver measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in accelerating value realization in Germany by combining technology execution with business understanding, ensuring fast implementation and scalable solutions aligned with Orifarm’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

As IT Engagement & Delivery Lead for Germany, you will be responsible for driving local IT engagement and digital delivery across the German value chain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary IT engagement point for the German market, connecting business needs with global IT capabilities
• Identify, shape and mature digitalization opportunities that support commercial growth and operational efficiency
• Drive selected initiatives end-to-end — from shaping to hands-on implementation using low-code/no-code and automation tools where relevant
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, improve data flows and reduce manual work
• Rapidly prototype and validate solutions to accelerate learning, adoption and value realization
• Collaborate with Corporate IT teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Compliance and Data & Analytics to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and compliant

Who are you?

You are a senior, business-oriented IT professional who combines strong stakeholder engagement with a hands-on delivery mindset and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions.

You bring:

• Experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation, delivery leadership or technology consulting
• Strong exposure to commercial or operational business environments
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured IT demand and practical solutions
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools or digital solution building (e.g. Power Platform, workflows, integrations, data tools)
• A strong builder mindset, comfortable moving from idea to implemented solution
• Ability to navigate priorities, dependencies and trade-offs across business and IT domains
• Solid understanding of architecture, security, compliance and data principles at a practical level
• Experience from life sciences, logistics or wholesale is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Who are we?

You will be part of Business Engagement & Platform Solutions, a function of approximately 45 professionals across three business-aligned solution teams as well as architecture and integration practices. As IT Engagement & Delivery Lead for Germany, you will lead the IT engagement for the German market.
