To strengthen our Hospital & Key Account Management Pharmacy team, we are currently looking for an Account Manager – Hospital & KAM Pharmacy (m/f/d). You’ll be at the forefront of developing and expanding our customer base, while managing a key portfolio of hospital and pharmacy clients. Your work will directly drive our growth and success in the market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a defined product portfolio with a focus on sales performance, profitability, and market share.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strategically developing your customer area through a mix of new client acquisition and active support of existing partners.
- Ensuring contracts and agreements are implemented effectively.
- Leveraging forecasting and planning tools to analyze performance and develop tailored growth strategies.
- Using modern key account tools and working closely with cross-functional teams across the company.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, a customer-first mindset, and a hands-on approach to building business success. We hope to find a candidate who :
- Completed commercial training, business studies, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in account management and sales, ideally in a structured customer development environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for professional, personal customer service.
- Strategic thinking paired with a structured, cross-functional approach to your work.
- Confident communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Motivation to grow into a Key Account Manager role.
- Strong command of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
