                                     Warehouse Team Manager

                               Activities required by the relevant legislation, “Manufacturing practice” and “Distribution practice”,  and internal regulations of Orifarm Supply s.r.o. Warehouse management based on company strategy and team leaders 

                               Warehouse Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage of generic and pharmaceutical products, components and finished goods, and pick and pack processes

                             Manages warehouses and processes within them based on set goals in accordance with the approved company strategy and plans.

      Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for processes and compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and other internal guidelines
• Organization and management of goods receipt, including control of delivery notes, quality and correctness of deliveries.
• Ensuring effective storage of products according to type (generics, pharmaceuticals, components, finished products) and temperature, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Coordination and optimization of the pick and pack process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Managing the issue of goods and preparing documentation for shipping
• Leading a team of Team coordinators and operators, planning shifts, training and evaluating performance.
• Participating in inventories, analyzing differences and proposing corrective actions.
• Supporting implementation of improvement proposals to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Contribute to quality improvement and planning
• Manage capacities and resources to ensure a constant supply of goods 
• Control the implementation of maintenance and maintaining order                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
• Escalation of the relevant problem to the nearest superior 

•  Supporting the setup of new processes in the Generic Warehouse and RM&C Warehouse
•  Preparing and checking forecasts • Responsible for compliance with OPEX and CAPEX
•  Ensuring job descriptions are in a valid form for all subordinates, continuous employee education
