We are looking for a strategic and forward‑thinking Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda at our Hostivice packaging site and partner closely with the Site Leadership Team. In this role, you will shape the future of our people practices, develop leaders, and support a growing and ambitious international organization.
About the role
The Senior HRBP will be responsible for managing a local HR team composed of 4 people and will oversee the full employee lifecycle process for +750 employees of the Hostivice packaging site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and drive the Site HR strategy in close alignment with Group HR and Site Leadership Team priorities.
- Trusted Advisor: Partner with the Site Director and SLT on organizational design, leadership capability, culture, and strategic workforce planning.
- Recruitment Excellence: Lead recruitment for senior site leadership roles and other critical positions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Czech labor law, internal policies, quality standards, and audits.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop the local HR team to deliver high performance and strong collaboration.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the escalation point for complex people topics, providing sound judgment and balanced solutions.
- HR Representation: Represent HR in audits, governance forums, and regulatory conversations.
- HR Process Ownership: Drive the effective implementation of global HR processes and initiatives locally.
- Digital & Data‑Driven HR: Champion the use of HR analytics, digital tools, and modern technologies—including emerging AI solutions—to enhance decision‑making and elevate people processes.
Who are you?
An experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. You excel in stakeholder management, navigate complexity with ease, and bring a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing or international environments is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Czech labor legislation and HR governance.
- Digital mindset and interest in modern HR technologies and AI‑driven solutions.
- Fluent in Czech with strong English proficiency.
