Senior Data Expert

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Data Expert who can drive the development and implementation of our data strategy and architecture to empower the business with a data-driven culture and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the data strategy and architecture.
• Design and oversee the reporting architecture and data models to meet business requirements.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of data pipelines, ensuring data is processed efficiently and accurately.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data quality, security, and integrity.
• Act as a key partner for Process Engineers and IT teams, collaborating on system integrations and data flow optimizations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs and communicating complex data concepts.
• Lead data storytelling initiatives, translating data insights into actionable narratives for various stakeholders.
• Utilize the Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, and MS Forms) to build scalable and efficient data solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in data roles, with a strong background in Data Analytics and Data Architecture.
• Knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, and Power BI Service.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with the Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, MS Forms).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL.
• Experience with data governance principles
