We are looking for a Project Manager who will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact across our operations.

 

About the job 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end improvement projects in manufacturing and logistics
  • Identify improvement opportunities, define project scope, stakeholders, and resources
  • Manage project timelines, budget, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain key project documentation (e.g. Business Case, Project Brief)
  • Drive improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and lead times
  • Apply LEAN principles and Continuous Improvement tools in practice
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across stakeholders
  • Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and support decision-making
  • Support validation activities where required

 

During your first year you will:

  • Take ownership of key improvement projects with visible business impact
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across production, logistics, and support functions
  • Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and performance
  • Contribute to strengthening the Operational Excellence culture

 

You will be a part of the Operational Excellence Team and you will report to the Operational Excellence Manager.

 

Who are you?

You have:

  • Proven experience in project management within manufacturing, logistics, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN / Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and performance improvement
  • Understanding of production and logistics processes (GxP experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
  • Structured, results-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
