We are looking for a Process Analyst who will actively drive process improvements, identify efficiency opportunities, and help build a strong Operational Excellence culture.
About the job
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze, map, and optimize manufacturing, logistics, and support processes
- Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to improve performance, quality, and reliability
- Work with key KPIs (e.g. performance, quality, downtime) and evaluate results
- Collect, structure, and analyze data to support management decision-making
- Lead and deliver improvement projects within Operational Excellence
- Apply LEAN tools (e.g. 5S, standard work, visualization, process mapping, waste elimination)
- Support implementation of internal systems and process changes (e.g. Veeva, Change Control)
- Collaborate cross-functionally (production, logistics, quality, technical teams)
During your first year you will:
- Gain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and identify key improvement areas
- Lead your own improvement project
- Gradually take ownership of a selected process area
- Actively contribute to building a continuous improvement culture
You will be a part of the Operational Excellence Team and you will report to the Operational Excellence Manager.
Who are you?
You have:
- Experience in process analysis, quality, or process improvement in manufacturing or logistics
- Knowledge of LEAN / Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to apply them in practice
- Strong data skills (advanced Excel required, Power BI is a plus)
- Experience leading smaller projects or improvement initiatives
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both operators and management
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach
- Self-driven, reliable, and proactive
