Process Analyst

We are looking for a Process Analyst who will actively drive process improvements, identify efficiency opportunities, and help build a strong Operational Excellence culture.

About the job 

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze, map, and optimize manufacturing, logistics, and support processes
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to improve performance, quality, and reliability
• Work with key KPIs (e.g. performance, quality, downtime) and evaluate results
• Collect, structure, and analyze data to support management decision-making
• Lead and deliver improvement projects within Operational Excellence
• Apply LEAN tools (e.g. 5S, standard work, visualization, process mapping, waste elimination)
• Support implementation of internal systems and process changes (e.g. Veeva, Change Control)
• Collaborate cross-functionally (production, logistics, quality, technical teams)

During your first year you will:

• Gain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and identify key improvement areas
• Lead your own improvement project
• Gradually take ownership of a selected process area
• Actively contribute to building a continuous improvement culture

You will be a part of the Operational Excellence Team and you will report to the Operational Excellence Manager.

Who are you?

You have:

• Experience in process analysis, quality, or process improvement in manufacturing or logistics
• Knowledge of LEAN / Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to apply them in practice
• Strong data skills (advanced Excel required, Power BI is a plus)
• Experience leading smaller projects or improvement initiatives
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both operators and management
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach
• Self-driven, reliable, and proactive
