We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner who will deliver effective, data-driven HR solutions and trusted advice, partnering with leaders across the organization to bring the people strategy to life, and to strengthen HR systems and digitalization challenges. As HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted contact for managers and employees across assigned business areas. You will help implement and improve People & Culture processes and digital HR systems and contribute to a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for assigned departments and managers.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters, attendance, and organizational changes.
  • Support managers in people-related decision-making with practical and balanced guidance.
  • Help resolve workplace concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.

 

Workforce Planning & Employee Integration

  • Support workforce planning activities and help managers understand current and future people needs.
  • Contribute to staffing discussions, organizational development, and workforce readiness.

 

Change Management

  • Support organizational changes and restructuring activities.
  • Assist managers during change by providing clear communication and practical HR guidance.
  • Support the adoption and optimization of digital HR tools and drive continuous process improvements.

 

HR Systems & Digitalization

  • Take care of SuccessFactors as a key HR system, ensuring data quality, process reliability, and user support.
  • Support the digitalization and simplification of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR system usage, reporting, automation, and workflow efficiency.

 

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement.
  • Identify trends and recommend meaningful improvement actions.
  • Prepare HR reports that support informed management decisions.

 

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support Employee Engagement Survey activities and follow-up actions.
  • Promote company culture, values, and employee-focused initiatives.

 

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR activities are aligned with local labor legislation, company policies, and internal standards.
  • Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance handling when needed.
  • Lead and contribute to internal process, policy, and HR system improvement projects, with a focus on digitalization and simplification.

 

Talent Management

  • Support performance and development activities.
  • Participate in talent reviews.
  • Contribute to leadership development and capability-building initiatives.

 

Who are you?

Desired qualifications include:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR processes, organizational development, employee relations and labor law.
  • Languages: Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English.

  • HR Partnership: Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and support them in people-related topics.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
  • Digital Mindset: Confidence in working with HR systems, especially SuccessFactors, and interest in improving digital HR processes.
  • Integrity & Accountability: High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership.
  • Communication: Very good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across different organizational levels.

 

You will join a local team of four HR professionals and report to the local Senior HRBP.
