Do you want to drive financial performance and serve as the primary financial contact for external authorities? We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner who will provide high‑quality financial insights, lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
About the job
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring full compliance with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, VAT reporting, financial statements and related authority reporting
- Acting as primary financial contact towards external authorities (incl. tax authorities and auditors), coordinating audits, inquiries and documentation in close cooperation with Group Finance and Tax
- Owning financial and business controlling at the site, ensuring transparency on performance drivers, cost structures and value creation to support informed decision-making
- Collaborating with the site leadership team to shape and execute business strategy aligned with financial goals
- Leading cross functional performance reviews and ensure accountability to financial targets
- Driving budgeting and forecasting processes together with colleagues on site, with a strong focus on accuracy, risk awareness and proactive recommendations
- Actively engaging across S&OP, Commercial and Compliance to provide financial insights that support decisions on demand, cost and supply chain impacts.
Who are you?
You have:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record supporting senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Deep knowledge of P&L structure, cost drivers and financial planning
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives
- Excellent English and Czech communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Advantage: Audit background (external or internal), preferably from a recognized audit firm
