Join us on our growth journey! We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Launch Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

About the job 

As our UK Generics Business Development & Launch Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our product pipeline for specialty niche generics in UK by supporting our centralised EU Business development team in the assessment of licensing opportunities, providing specific insight into the suitability of target products for the UK Market. You will evaluate product leads together with internal and external stakeholders. In addition to evaluation of target products you will collaborate closely with UK commercial heads to lead the UK commercial readiness and launch planning as discrete projects. You will ensure that a clear route to market is identified, actions are captured, shared and tracked and all stakeholders have clear visibility of  product pipeline and understanding of expectations and timelines.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough UK specific product and market analysis to build robust business case calculations, assessing the viability and potential of new product opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition products from ideation to pipeline integration
  • Provide UK commercial team with insight to Generics pipeline
  • Develop and execute commercial readiness plans for launch of UK generics
  • Work with UK commercial heads to define launch sales forecast and align with product supply chain
  • Traveling internationally to build relationships with our centralised team in Denmark

 

 

Who are you? 

We imagine that you have a university degree within economics, business administration or natural science, as well as a proven track record of commercial success in  the UK Generics market.  

 

In addition, we imagine that you possess the following:

  • A team-oriented approach, with a solid understanding of cross-functional dynamics and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and strong analytical skills
  • A strong business-acumen and a dedication to successfully completing initiated tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • An understanding of the generic market dynamics and regulatory pathways
  • An established network within the industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain partnerships with international partners and internal stakeholders

On the back of our well established UK parallel trade business, we are taking our first steps into the UK generics market. Job Location

This role will be joining our UK based team, Headquartered in Hemel Hempstead. Flexible or remote working will be considered.
