Tender and Commercial Support Executive

About the job

As our commercial colleague you will be responsible for submitting for UK tenders, as well as managing and maintaining existing UK tender contracts. Furthermore, you will communicate with potential and existing customers about our product offerings. You will also collaborate closely with our commercial team for effective customer engagement and meeting coordination.

 

Additional key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and switch tender and contract business
  • Proactively contact NHS accounts to drive sales and provide product details, as well as highlight Orifarm's offerings
  • Understand customer needs and facilitate follow-up meetings with our commercial team

 

You will report to the Head of UK Commercial, John Vaughan, in this position.

 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with a relevant science-based degree or proven experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician who is ABPI qualified. However, the most important thing is your understanding of the NHS, its tender systems, and the structure of private hospitals.

 

As a professional who communicates with many internal and external stakeholders, you possess great interpersonal and communication skills, as well as time management skills. You will feel a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. You pride yourself on creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

 

Since Orifarm is an international company, you must be proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills and you will be IT literate.

Job Location

The position is located in Hemel Hempstead, UK. We enjoy meeting in the office and would look at a hybrid structure with 3 day per week in the office.
