About the job
As Sales Manager, Retail you will contribute to the development of existing accounts and identify new customers across the retail market. You will be adept at spotting new product opportunities to ensure continued growth for Orifarm UK.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the delivery of Turnover and Gross profit targets for Retail sales.
- Proactively seek new business leads and opportunities to drive future growth.
- Identify new product opportunities across the retail market.
- Use data-driven insights to maximise sales potential for existing accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers across the retail market.
- Provide back-office support for existing account base.
In this position, you will report to the General Manager, Matthew Legge.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, however proven experience in a Commercial role where you have successfully identified business opportunities are of greater importance.
Hands-on experience in the retail/wholesale sector particularly with parallel imports would be very beneficial.
You are a professional, with excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. You take ownership of your performance and take pride in its impact on the company’s success. ¨Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders comes naturally to you.
As Orifarm is an international company, you must be proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job location
The position is located in Hemel Hempstead, UK. We enjoy meeting in the office a few days per week, but it will also be possible to work from home 1-2 days per week.
