About the job

As Commercial Lead for Hospitals & Dispensing Doctors, you will contribute to developing and implementing the Commercial strategy for Orifarm UK and delivering on sales opportunities to ensure continued growth.

Additional key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Drive commercial success ensuring delivery of Turnover and Gross profit targets for PI’s, Generics and UL Medicines sales.
  • Implement the Commercial strategy across all hospitals.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of Turnover and Gross Profit targets for PI’s, Generics & UL’s.
  • Continually review and agree sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Identify new tender opportunities for PI, & GX across Hospital frameworks.
  • Lead the end-to-end Hospital tender process.
  • Raising the profile of the Orifarm brand across Hospitals.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key Hospital customers.
  • Contribute to the growth of the PI product portfolio.
  • Proactively seek new business leads and opportunities to deliver future business growth.
  • Manage contract relationships with key accounts as required.
  • Comfortable working in an international, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and adaptability to an ever changing, dynamic market.

In this position, you will report to the Head of Commercial, Jack Childs.

 

Independent commercial profile with NHS experience

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a commercial role, demonstrating success in identifying and delivering business opportunities. Hands-on experience working with NHS hospitals, trusts, dispensing doctors, and knowledge managing tender processes is essential.

As a professional, you possess great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. You also feel a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. You pride yourself on creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

As Orifarm is an international company, you must be proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job location

The position is located in Hemel Hempstead, UK. We enjoy meeting in the office a few days per week, but it will also be possible to work in hybrid form.
