Registration and Quality Assurance Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic Registration and Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance team at Orifarm. If you are detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize the most important tasks, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact. As the new Registration and Quality Assurance Assistant you will experience the diversity of pharmaceutical industry from multiple perspectives.
About the job
The QA/RA Assistant will be responsible for the managing national regulatory tasks and quality assurance for Orifarm in Finland as a key member of the Finnish QA/RA team. This versatile role will include tasks for both Orifarm Oy and Orifarm Healthcare Oy and cooperation with different internal and external partners.
Main responsibilities will be:
- National regulatory marketing authorization applications and variations.
- Handling product quality complaints.
- Review of import documentation.
- Review of marketing materials.
- Translations and proofread of package leaflets, mock-ups and SPCs.
- Contact for Finnish authorities and Head Quarter registration and quality department.
In this role as Regulatory and Quality Assistant you will report to the QA/RA Manager and be part of the QA/RA team in Finland.
Are you responsible, proactive and eager to take initiative and develop processes
Preferably, you are a Master of Pharmacy or close to graduation with understanding of the local and European legislation. You are fluent in Finnish and strong command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency skills in basic Microsoft Office programs and good organizational and time-management skills.

QA/RA team in Finland is an efficient team that consists of four members and is part of Orifarm Finland organization. Our main goal is to assist the other departments in completing their goals with a quality output. Orifarm Finland consists of 19 colleagues with a professional and enthusiastic work environment. The business areas are parallel import, generic and well known OTC brands such as A-Vita, Calcichew, Finrexin and Pamol.
