Do you have passion for sales and do you possess strong relationship-building skills and a result focused mindset? Then, you might be our new Key Account Manager. Our ambitious growth aspirations and dynamic team will need you to complete our Orifarm Finland Sales Team.


Become responsible for your own customers
As a Key Account Manager in Orifarm, you will be responsible for customers at your own territory. This territory is
partly Uusimaa and Varsinais-Suomi area. You will report to the Head of Sales team and you will work under certain targets, instructions and segmentations.

 

In this role, you will co-operate with pharmacies to build campaigns, promotions and other activities. You will follow-up and make sure that the campaigns succeed and sales are increasing. Further, you will educate pharmacy staff about products and therapy areas. You will work independently in the field, but you will interact as well as cooperate with a lot of stakeholders too.

 

Moreover, your key responsibilities include:

  • Building, developing and maintaining customer relations and reporting daily in to our CRM system
  • Communicating Orifarm’s vision, mission and strategies to customers and working under these circumstances and principals
  • Being responsible for area planning and executing it within a specific timeframe
  • pharmacy sales campaigns, promotions and activities and follow-up under the given targets, instructions and segmentations
  • Pharmacy employees training and sharing product information
  • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly for own customers

 

 

Experienced Key Account Manager aiming to become a preferred partner
As the right match for the position, you hold an education in the field of healthcare (e.g. pharmacist, nurse) or business and you hold experience within Key Account Management. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a must.

As you will interact with many stakeholders, you enjoy working with different people and you are capable of building long-term trustworthy relationships. Further, you thrive in a role where your ability to build these long-term relationships will take you to a position as a preferred partner.

You thrive with numbers and are driven by targets. You are also flexible and ready to travel. Further, you possess knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Moreover, as a person you:

  • Like challenges and changes and you have a proactive mindset and “can-do” attitude
  • Are organised and capable to plan and execute activities in certain timeframe
  • Possess a highly entrepreneurial, ambitious, solution-oriented and creative mindset

This position is substitute for parental leave and can start earliest August 2025 and last at least a year.

Job Location

Orifarm office in Espoo, Finland, but you will  work in the field at your territory. Therefore, travel is required. Also remote work from your home office is part of your workdays.
