Do you have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset? You might be our new Account Manager. Our ambitious growth targets and dynamic team need you to complement our Orifarm Finland sales team.

Responsibility for your own accounts

As an Account Manager at Orifarm, you will be responsible for the accounts in your own territory, which is located in Southern Finland. You will report to the Head of the Sales Team and work according to agreed targets, guidelines, and segmentation.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with pharmacies to build campaigns, promotions, and other activities
  • Monitor campaign execution and ensure sales growth
  • Train pharmacy staff on products and therapy areas
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, as well as daily reporting in the CRM system
  • Communicating Orifarm’s vision, mission, and strategy to customers
  • Taking responsibility for territory planning and implementing it on schedule
  • Implementing and following up on pharmacy sales campaigns, promotions, and activities
  • Training pharmacy staff and sharing product information
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on your own accounts

Experienced Account Manager – aiming to be a trusted partner

The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare, such as a pharmacist or nurse, or in business, as well as experience in customer-facing work. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essential.

You enjoy working with different people and know how to build long-term, trusting relationships. You thrive in a role where you develop collaboration over the long term and build trusted relationships with pharmacies.

  • You enjoy working with numbers and are goal-oriented
  • You are flexible and willing to travel
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This is a fixed-term position that can start no earlier than August 2026 and will last for at least one year.

Location

The office is located in Espoo, but the work is mainly carried out in the field within your own territory. The role includes travel as well as remote work from a home office.
