Operational Controller
We are looking for an Operational Controller to join our Finance & Controlling Polish Team being a part of Corporate Finance.
About the Job
As an Operational Controller you will:
- Advise LOC/BU/Function/Therapy in key business decisions; debate strategic issues, identify growth opportunities and minimize exposure to the financial plan
- Lead and coordinate all reporting, analysis, and consolidation activities, including Business Planning, Financial Reporting and Strategic Planning for LOC/BU/Function/Therapy
- Provide Financial analysis, business and decision support, enable and co-create innovative solutions to LOC/BU/Function/Therapy challenges
Tasks may therefore include:
- Lead and coordinate all financial planning and analysis
- Perform financial analysis and decision support. Apply analysis to co-create innovative solutions that enable to achieve financial results
- Establish budgets and review plans and forecasts against targets and market trends, evaluate the need for corrective action. Manage cost control measures.
- Manage the monthly financial management reporting and consolidation process. Publish metrics for financial performance tracking and presentations
- Improve forecast accuracy and minimize enterprise risk
- Manage contracts to achieve best value, monitor and challenge contract performance as appropriate

Additionally, we expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in production Controlling department
- University degree in Finance
- Ability to lead and coordinate all financial planning and analysis - OPEX, CAPEX, product costing, Sales
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Power point applications
- Proficient knowledge of SAP CO module
- Communicative level of English
- Good interpersonal skills

As an Operational Controller, you will need to cooperate with all departments within the site and other Orifarm sites and external business partners. Location
You will primarily have your daily work at Orifarm's site in Lyszkowice (Lodz Voivodeship), Poland. We emphasize a flexible workday, where all employees have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, if desired by the employee and it aligns with the tasks at hand.
